Wanni Danbaki, the runner-up of Big Brother Naija’s ‘No Loose Guard,’ has shared her thoughts on her relationship with Shaun during the show. She asserts that Shaun was not interested in Nelly and that it was, in fact, Nelly who had a crush on him.
During the show, Shaun mentioned that he chose Wanni over Nelly because Nelly did not make the first move towards him.
In her latest interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Wanni reiterated that it was Nelly who was pursuing Shaun. She expressed that if Shaun had any interest in Nelly, he could have easily pursued her.
Wanni stated, “If Shaun wanted Nelly, he would’ve gone for her and would have had her, as I knew Nelly was interested too. Even when we were together, she was still flirting with him.”
Meanwhile, Nelly was in a relationship with Sooj during the show, but they both confirmed that it was not a serious commitment.
