Chinwe, a contestant on Big Brother Naija Season 9, has expressed her intention to end her relationship with Zion, her boyfriend, and fellow housemate on the show.
She was upset with Zion for not supporting her during a disagreement with other housemates on Thursday and threatened to leave the show and break up with him.
Chinwe revealed that she was the one who funded their entry into the show and regretted coming with Zion instead of her best friend.
During a conversation with fellow housemate, DJ Flo, Chinwe mentioned that she and Zion were not a good match.
She argued that Zion needed the exposure from the reality show more than she did, claiming that she could win the show’s N100 million cash prize before December.
Chinwe expressed her frustration, saying, “I am exhausted and disappointed. I should have come here with my best friend. Now I realize we are not compatible, and I’m fed up. I feel let down. Once I go upstairs, we will pack our things and leave.”
“From the beginning, I took it upon myself. I covered all the costs, including the tickets that brought us here. All he did was show up. And now that we’re here, he’s betraying me to gain favor with others.
“Zion needs this platform more than I do. How important is the money? I will secure the BBN cash prize before December. We are ending the relationship today.”
