Pere Egbi, a former Big Brother Naija contestant, has criticized Zion and Chinwe from Season 9 for bringing their five-month-old relationship to the reality show.
During the show’s launch event, the ZinWe pair disclosed that they had been in a relationship for five months.
Expressing his disapproval on social media, Pere questioned the wisdom of the ‘No Loose Guard’ housemates for exposing their fledgling relationship to the scrutiny of the show.
He remarked on his social media handle, “You have the audacity to bring your 5-month relationship into BBNaija? Aaaaah. What if your partner develops feelings for someone else?”
It’s worth noting that Zion and Chinwe are not the only couple in the house. Kassia and Kellyrae, who are actually married, are pretending to be just “besties” in the house.
